As a Banquet Server, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service during events, conferences, and special occasions. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up banquet rooms, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, silverware, and glassware.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, adhering to the hotel's standards of service.
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet spaces before, during, and after events.
Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure seamless service.
Assist with the breakdown and clean-up of banquet spaces after events.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or move items up to 25 pounds.
