As a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technologist, you'll perform a widerange of laboratory tests that support accurate diagnoses, treatment decisions, and exceptional patient care. Working with advanced laboratory equipment and acollaborative clinical team, you'll help ensure timely, reliable results whilemaintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Schedule: Full-Time | NightsWhat You'll DoAs a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will play a vitalrole in supporting accurate diagnosis, treatment, and clinical research by: Performing laboratory testing to supportaccurate diagnosis and treatment Operating and maintaining sophisticatedmedical equipment Analyzing, verifying, and managing laboratorydata Maintaining quality control standards andregulatory compliance Collaborating with physicians andhealthcare teams to deliver timely, accurate results What We Are Looking ForQualificationsAssociate's Degree in Laboratory Science from an accredited institution required 1+ year of experienceas a Medical Technologist /Medical Laboratory Technologist in a hospital laboratory setting, including Blood Bank experienceASCP, AMT, or equivalentcertification strongly preferred Current BLS certification orwillingness to obtain within the first week of employment What You Can Expect Exceptional patient care starts with a team thatfeels valued, supported, and empowered - backed by comprehensive compensationand benefits every step of the way Retirement PlansPTO, Leave of Absence Maternity/Disability Leave Flexible Spending Account
