The Zeal Company (TZCO) is seeking individuals who are building toward something of their own and are not just seeking a job. You will work across TZCO's portfolio, with access to operators, investors and builders to sharpen your thinking and test ideas in real-world settings. We offer an annual salary range of $120,000 to $200,000 USD, plus equity and comprehensive medical coverage. This is a high-autonomy, hands-on role with aligned incentives and a possibility to contribute directly to TZCO's
