About the role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Quality and ManufacturingHACCP certification and PCQI certification are preferred.
- Allergen Control training, 21CFR Part 110 training certification, and SQF Systems training are preferred.
- A strong knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices, preferably 21CFR Part 110, and food safety.
- Understanding of quality testing within the food manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and make effective decisions.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office applications) and computer-based applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Skill in organization and prioritization, and attention to details.
- Must be able to effectively communicate ideas (verbally and in writing), be a self-starter and handle difficult situations.
