About the role

This is a key, revenue-driving role within All Track’s Membership group, reporting directly to the Chief Creative Officer (CCO). You will lead membership growth, operating as a highly active, front-line dealmaker responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing new creator and rights holder relationships alongside the CCO. This role is focused on aggressively expanding All Track’s footprint of high-value independent members across performance, mechanical, lyrics, and neighboring rights. It offers the ability to make a sizeable impact on a company poised for exponential growth, with significant upside. Success in this role requires a self-starter mindset and the ability to work in a small team. Above all, it requires the skill and ability to source deals and relentless persistence to close deals over both short and long periods of time.
Key Responsibilities: Own and deliver against membership growth targets across all rights categories, with an emphasis on (but not limited to) the West Coast. Proactively source, develop, and close new member relationships (songwriters, composers, publishers, artists, producers, labels and rights holders)Identify and build a pipeline of high-volume, high-value opportunities, including established catalogs, emerging talent, and key industry influencers through direct outreach, networking, and referrals Lead pitches and negotiations alongside the CCO with prospective members, clearly articulating All Track’s value proposition and competitive advantages Support onboarding of new members and catalog management alongside the All Track copyright administration team Manage relationships with existing members to drive retention, satisfaction and referrals Coordinate with C-suite on identifying and pursuing high value artists, songs and genres that build upon our diversified repertoire Maintain a strong, visible presence in the market through consistent attendance as All Track’s representative at industry events, showcases, and meetings Leverage existing relationships and continuously expand network to drive inbound and outbound deal flow Partner with marketing, product, and technology teams to optimize the value proposition for independent creators, acquisition strategies and conversion rates Provide real-time market intelligence on competitors, creator needs, and deal dynamics
