What You'll Do: Provide one-on-one behavioral support Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAsHelp clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills Support positive behavior development Record session data and client progress Create engaging and structured learning environments Qualifications
Required: At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Plus one of the following: College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related fieldORAt least one year of experience as a: Behavior TechnicianABA Therapist Behavioral Interventionist Paraprofessional Child Development Professional Camp Counselor Similar child-focused role
Additional Details: Services are provided in clients' homes and community settings Travel between client locations may be required Mileage reimbursement available when eligible Paid training and ongoing support provided Benefit eligibility dependent upon employment status.
