Noon Full Benefits: We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Houston, TX.This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys hands-on procedures, musculoskeletal medicine, and integrated patient care. The position includes joint injections, trigger point injections, and PRP, so previous injection experience is strongly preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
What You'll Do: Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain Perform joint and trigger point injections Administer PRP and other injection therapies Review imaging, labs, and medical records Develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients on treatment options and rehabilitation Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, therapists, and support staff Complete accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Texas Injection experience strongly preferred Orthopedics, PM&R, sports medicine, or pain management experience is a plus Strong communication and patient-care skills Bilingual preferred Schedule Full-Time Monday Friday Friday office hours end at 12 PMCompensation & Benefits $60 $75/hour ($125K $156K annualized), depending on experience Performance-based bonus potential Health insurance/health-sharing program potential 401(k) Paid time off Malpractice insurance Continuing education Ongoing training and professional advancement Join an established practice that has served the community for 20+ years and works collaboratively to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and return to an active lifestyle.
