Job Description: Job Description We are looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our team! You will service, repair, and occasionally install heating and air conditioning systems.
Compensation: $18-$40 per hour, depending on your skill level and experience.
Responsibilities: Perform residential HVAC service, repairs, installations, maintenance, and system diagnostics Work directly with customers and explain repair and replacement options clearly Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Maintain service vehicles in top condition Ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed on each job
Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of previous experience in HVAC or other related fields Technical training or certification in HVAC systems Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
Requirements: Must be willing and able to work Saturdays and overtime during peak season Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record. Able to pass a drug test when asked. Must pass a background check in accordance with company policy and applicable law Have all necessary work tools. Own a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work in your name, with insurance and valid registration.
