About the role

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Grapevine, TX. You will be the face of our service team, assisting customers with rentals, equipment checks, and product inquiries. Training is provided, and you will use smartphone-based U-Scan tech to manage inventory and rentals at the location. In this role, you’ll move and hook up trucks, perform basic inspections, and help customers complete invoices.
