BIC World NAM is seeking an HR Business Partner for Commercial North America in Norwalk, CT. This role partners with senior leaders to shape talent strategy, drive engagement, and ensure compliant HR practices across 150 team members in a fast-paced environment.
The position supports recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, and learning initiatives within a hybrid work model. A strong background in FMCG or related consumer products is preferred.
