We are looking for two (2) Pro Carpet Crews or Pro Carpet Single Installers to relocate from Jacksonville (or surrounding areas) to dominate this market. We have more carpet work than we can handle, and we need two reliable partners to step in and take it over. The Market: Panama City is in desperate need of carpet pros. You won't just be busy; you'll be essential. Relocation Package: We are offering a relocation bonus to help get you to the Panhandle (details finalized upon hire).Limited Openings: We are only onboarding two crews to ensure those teams get the maximum volume of work available. We are seeking professional Carpet Crews or Single Installers who take pride in their craft.
Experience:
Proven expertise in carpet installation with stretch-in and glue-down. Business Ready: An active business entity (Sun Biz) and a Business Tax Receipt. Compliance: General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Worker's Comp (or a valid exemption).Setup: Reliable transportation and all necessary tools for carpet installation.
Certifications:
LEAD LLRP & LEAD Firm certifications (or willingness to obtain them).Background: Ability to pass a background check.
