About the role
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse General Labor Associates to support a fast-paced apparel distribution operation. Associates will assist with the receiving, processing, picking, packing, and preparation of clothing and apparel products for shipment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Pick and pack clothing and apparel orders accurately.
Sort, fold, label, tag, and organize apparel merchandise.
Use RF scanners to locate and process inventory.
Receive, unload, and stock incoming merchandise.
Prepare customer orders for shipping and distribution.
Perform quality checks to ensure correct items, sizes, colors, and quantities.
Place clothing on hangers or in designated storage locations as needed.
Repackage, rebag, or process returned apparel.
Build and organize cartons for outbound shipments.
Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
Assist in other warehouse departments as business needs require.
Job Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, distribution, retail, or apparel experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, squat, and perform repetitive movements.
- Ability to lift and move boxes throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish between different styles, sizes, colors, and SKUs.
- RF scanner experience is a plus.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends when required.
- Typical Departments May Include:
- Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Returns, Quality Control, Inventory, Replenishment, and Value-Added Services (VAS).
Work Environment:
This position is performed in a warehouse/distribution center handling clothing and apparel merchandise. Associates should be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods and working in a high-volume environment.#Hesperia BranchCA
