About the role
Cabinet Finisher Our client, located in Reading, PA is adding a full time Cabinet Finisher to their team. Primary responsibility is professional spray application of finishes on custom cabinetry, ensuring consistent color, sheen and film build across projects.
Responsibilities include:
Perform high-quality spray application of stains, sealers, toners, paints, lacquers and conversion varnishes
Prepare wood surfaces specifically for spray finishing, including sanding sequences, grain raising, cleaning, and masking to ensure optimal coating adhesion and appearance.
Set up, adjust, and maintain spray guns, pumps, pressure pots, tips, and fluid settings to achieve proper atomization and finish consistency.
Maintain a clean and organized spray booth, including proper filtration, airflow awareness, and material handling processes.
Other finishing duties as needed including touch-ups, color matching, and final inspection.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs multiple times per day.
Looking for experience but will train right candidate.
