Client: Leading Entertainment Firm Title: Media Campaign Planning Specialist Location: New York, NY 10036 - Onsite Role Duration: 06 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance)
Pay Rate: ($35 - $40) on an hourly basis Overview: Support digital media planning and campaign execution for organizational campaigns by translating campaign briefs, budgets, and target audiences into actionable media plans across programmatic, C TV, paid social media, and paid search.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in digital media planning and/or media buying. Strong understanding of digital advertising, media planning, and campaign execution. Experience with Prisma, MediaTools, or similar media planning platforms. Knowledge of programmatic, C TV, paid social, and paid search. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience working with media budgets, campaign plans, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain digital media plans based on campaign briefs, budgets, objectives, and target audiences. Recommend appropriate channels, platforms, partners, tactics, and budget allocations. Coordinate with media buyers, vendors, Ad Ops, and internal stakeholders to support campaign activation. Manage campaign planning documents, revisions, placements, budgets, and supporting details. Assist with campaign setup, asset coordination, tagging, naming conventions, and quality assurance. Monitor campaign delivery and identify potential pacing, performance, or execution issues. Prepare campaign reporting, recaps, and updates for internal stakeholders. Support media RFPs, vendor coordination, and ongoing campaign planning needs. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure campaigns are executed according to approved media plans.
