Do you have sales experience and are considering your next step? Redis Marketing is looking for an Entry-level Sales Trainer. An ideal candidate will be a personable and strategic leader who wants to coach a team to have measurable results. The role of an Entry-level Sales Trainer will include: Assessing metrics in order to meet weekly sales goals. An interest in teaching and learning within the work environment. A sense of curiosity regarding new products. A problem solver who isn't afraid to ask questions. The ability to establish relationships with clients and customers.
Qualifications: 1+ year of leadership experience Bachelor's Degree preferred (High School Diploma accepted) Self-motivated Strong relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication The ability to delegate tasks Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team The Entry-level Sales Trainer will receive comprehensive on-site training from an experienced Assistant Director to ensure they acquire a deep understanding of each aspect of the business, enabling their optimal success during the training period.
