DTK inc is seeking a bilingual Onboarding & HR Systems Specialist to support employee onboarding and HR system needs, with a focus on Paylocity. You will assist employees, managers, and HR team members with onboarding, records, timekeeping, direct deposit, pay rate changes, terminations, and related Paylocity tasks. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, outstanding customer service, and the ability to troubleshoot within established procedures.
