Pay: Up to $24/hr based on experience
Are you a hands-on, mechanically minded individual looking for an opportunity to build specialized equipment? We’re hiring a Production Team Member to join a growing manufacturing team in a clean, organized work environment with a strong focus on quality and teamwork.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble custom process water chillers
- Fit and braze copper tubing
- Assemble brass fittings and components
- Wire basic electrical components
- Read and follow piping and wiring schematics
- Use mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities to complete assemblies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work effectively with team members across the organization
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
- Good communication, listening, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask in a production environment
- Basic electrical or assembly experience is a plus
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems is a plus
