About the Role: The Company is seeking an AVP, Revenue Operations to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the global operating model for various revenue functions, including Channel and Partner Operations, Sales Compensation, Renewals Operations, and Quote-to-Cash. This role demands a strategic leader who can turn a complex, multi-motion go-to-market into a scalable, well-governed operation. The AVP will set the operating cadence, planning, and executive reporting to ensure a consistent view of the business for Sales, Finance, and the Board. Additionally, the role involves shaping the company's future growth, from integrating acquisitions to launching new pricing and applying AI and automation across revenue workflows. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in sales operations, with a strong background in the high-tech industry and a proven track record of leading and developing teams. The role requires expertise in global enterprise, SMB, and MSSP go-to-market motions, as well as SaaS subscription, MSSP billing, and consumption business models. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA being a plus, and proficiency in various business and analytics tools. Experience in M&A integration, large-scale transformations, and practical application of AI and automation in revenue operations is essential.
