About the role
Prolaio is seeking a Sr. Director of Data Engineering + Tooling to lead secure, scalable data platforms that power clinical intelligence and real-world data in a regulated healthcare setting. You will own end-to-end pipelines across batch, streaming, and hybrid workloads, ensuring privacy, security, and compliance by design.
You will partner with Product, Engineering, Quality, and Clinical Operations to embed governance, master data management, and release readiness across the data platform
