The successful candidate will be the senior executive responsible for the global commercial strategy, profitable growth, and customer value proposition. This role requires the integration of sales, marketing, category strategy, pricing, customer insights, and commercialization into a clear multi-year growth agenda. The SVP will be accountable for revenue, margin, market share, and P&L performance, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate market opportunities into differentiated ingredient solutions. Strategic relationship building with customers and partners, as well as the development of a high-performing commercial organization, are key aspects of the position. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive commercial leadership experience in food ingredients, dairy, food manufacturing, or a related B2B industry. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading commercial strategies, owning a sizable P&L, and delivering profitable growth. Deep knowledge of the ingredients value chain, experience in strategic account management, and strong commercialization skills are essential. The role demands advanced analytical and financial acumen, executive presence, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
