Job Description:
My client is seeking an Engineering Sourcer to identify, attract, and engage top-tier technical talent to support critical hiring initiatives. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines for high-priority engineering positions. You will also leverage recruitment data and market insights to continuously improve talent acquisition outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Own and execute sourcing strategies across engineering roles, functions, and locations Proactively identify and engage high-caliber technical talent Stay current on technical hiring trends and competitive landscapes Track and analyze pipeline health, outreach performance, and conversion metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness

Requirements:
