About the role

Data & Reporting Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data & Reporting Coordinator to support daily data management, reporting, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, basic data analysis experience, and good English communication skills. This position requires someone who is comfortable working with data, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports. Position Duration: 12 months (Temporary)
Work Hours: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
Schedule: MondayFridayKey Responsibilities
Enter, organize, maintain, and update data in Excel and other company systems. Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, and tracking documents. Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas requiring attention. Perform basic data validation and ensure information is accurate and complete. Compile data from multiple sources and prepare reports for management. Maintain accurate records and follow established data management procedures. Assist with daily administrative and reporting tasks as needed. Communicate clearly with team members regarding data, reports, and updates. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling company information.
Required Qualifications: High school diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience with data entry, data analysis, reporting, or a related function. Ability to work with spreadsheets and large amounts of data accurately. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to identify data discrepancies and resolve or escalate issues appropriately. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Preferred Skills: Experience with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, sorting, and basic formulas. Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, quality, or office environment. Experience preparing daily, weekly, or monthly reports. Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
