Qualifications: Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)Valid state license or eligibility to obtain one for Ohio Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited programBLS and ACLS certifications (other credentials a plus)Minimum of one year of recent experience as an RRT in a clinical setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt to varying workflows and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities: Administer prescribed respiratory therapy treatments and procedures for patients from diverse backgrounds Conduct diagnostic respiratory assessments and recommend care plans Monitor patient responses and document outcomes in alignment with protocol standards Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize respiratory care Educate patients and families on treatment plans and respiratory health practices Maintain equipment and ensure strict adherence to infection control policies Benefits &
