*THIS IS NOT A JOB AT FORCEBRANDS*Our hiring partners, a rapidly scaling beverage portfolio in the no/low ABV space, are seeking a commercial executive to lead their multi-layered field sales organization, drive distributor execution, and accelerate independent on-premise account growth nationally in addition to support their robust retail business.
What You'll Do: Lead sales leaders & field sales teams across all indepedent/regional on & off-premise business while working adjacently with National Accounts teams Manage, motivate, and strengthen distributors across large & independent beer/wine wholesalers nationally Implement a performance-driven sales culture internally with clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability Work closely with the executive leadership team on forecasting, revenue planning, and data-led sales decisions
Who You Are: Senior beverage sales leader with deep beer-wholesaler & DSD experience Proven success in building on-premise wins for high-growth beverage brands Experience scaling an emerging or high-growth brand & leading layered sales teams Must have experience in beer in addition to high-growth/disruptor brand experience across beer, NA, RTD, functional beverage, or adjacent categories This role is fully remote with travel as needed.
