Power Design has an exciting opportunity for a Property Experience Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in St. Petersburg. In this role, you'll support the presentation, functionality, and overall experience of our state-of-the-art corporate campus. Your focus will center on event execution, campus hospitality, workspace setup, and operational support. You'll be part of a dynamic, service-driven team that ensures meeting spaces, event venues, and employee-facing areas are consistently maintained to Class A standards. This position reports to the Property Specialist Supervisor and works closely with the Property Coordination Manager and Property Administration team.
Support execution of campus events, including town halls, trainings, employee engagements, and large-scale company events
Prepare and maintain meeting spaces, conference rooms, cafés, and event areas to ensure readiness and high-quality employee experience
Assist with event setups and breakdowns, catering coordination, campus tours, and hospitality-focused activations
Perform hands-on campus support, including workspace adjustments, furniture assembly, office resets, and small campus upgrades
Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas, event inventory, and campus supplies
Support daily operational tasks such as campus openings/closures, deliveries, lost and found, and general campus upkeep
Assist with work order completion and employee requests through internal task management systems
Act as an on-site point of contact for vendors, supporting coordination, access, and follow-up
Provide flexible support for urgent requests, same-day needs, and special projects, including occasional custodial assistance as needed
Here's What We're Looking For…
Experience in facilities, event support, operations, or hospitality environments preferred; custodial or building operations experience is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills with a polished, professional presence
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt quickly and remain responsive to last-minute changes, event needs, and shifting priorities
Comfortable working flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
Physically capable of lifting, moving, and setting up furniture, equipment, and event materials
