Job Title: Direct Sales Account Executive, Strategic Accounts
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Local Remote in Bay Area, CA
Salary Range / Rate: Base$150,000- $200,000
Key Responsibilities:
Own and grow direct relationships with named strategic accounts in Silicon Valley.
Develop and execute account plans across NOR Flash, NAND, DRAM, MCU, PMU, and analog and sensor product lines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts ensuring full GigaDevice representation across all target accounts in the region.
Identify new design opportunities across business units and product groups within each account, and drive them from qualification through production.
Build multi threaded relationships across engineering, procurement, and supply chain functions at each account.
Lead commercial negotiations directly with account stakeholders, including pricing, supply, and long term agreements.
Coordinate with FAE, product marketing, and operations teams to support design win execution and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate account level forecasts and pipeline in the CRM system, proactively flagging risks and opportunities.
Represent GigaDevice in senior level customer meetings, business reviews, and industry events.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in direct semiconductor sales to large technology companies, ideally hyperscalers or global MNCs.
Existing relationships or credibility with large MNC OEMs or hyperscalers.
Experience selling Flash, MCU, DRAM, or related embedded semiconductor products.
Skilled at navigating complex organizations and multiple business units within a single account.
Strong negotiation skills for pricing agreements and long term supply contracts.
Excellent executive presence, communication, and relationship building skills.
Self starter capable of operating with autonomy in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Based in or willing to relocate to Silicon Valley.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA preferred. Other technical or business degrees considered with relevant experience and track record.
