About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President of Biostatistics to provide strategic and operational leadership for all biostatistics activities across its clinical development portfolio. The successful candidate will be instrumental in advancing clinical programs, particularly in the areas of lung and prostate cancer indications, and will be responsible for overseeing statistical strategy, trial design, and data interpretation. This role requires a deep expertise in statistical methodologies, a strong scientific background, and the ability to ensure that data generation is in line with the expectations of global health authorities. The VP will also be involved in enhancing the organization's capabilities and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture. Applicants for the Vice President of Biostatistics position at the company should have a PhD or master's degree in biostatistics, statistics, or a related field, with at least 15 years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical R&D. A late-stage development experience, particularly in oncology, is strongly preferred.
