You will help build our company's portfolio by utilizing your attention to detail and time management skills to ensure timely, accurate, and thorough completion of projects for Murphy Company.Your Day-to-Day at Murphy CompanyResponsible for the safety, quality, and profitability of projectsManage all aspects of Job Set up including, project costing, labor hours, and schedulingSchedule crews to meet the customers schedule and work with subcontractors as needed to handle workflowDevelop and adhere to the budget, timeline, and quality control planEnsures that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations are followedSet-up, assist, and review in preparation of billingsBring Your A-Game!3+ years' experience supervising and running construction projectsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellence in planning how each process shouldBuilds strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team membersExcels at organization, time-management, problem-solving and budgetingExperience with construction project management softwareWhat We Will Bring to the TableA collaborative, family-friendly work environmentKnowledge and expertise that has helped us grow and thrive for over 100 yearsCompetitive pay and an excellent benefits package, including health and life insurance, a robust wellness program, 401(k), and profit sharing.
