About the role

Let’s Do This is seeking an Onboarding & Support Executive to ensure world-class onboarding and live event support for US-based event organizers. The role spans onboarding, support, implementation, and operations, coordinating with Account Management, Product, and Engineering to scale across the US. You will be the product expert for organizers, manage requests from start to finish, troubleshoot issues, and help optimize workflows. Occasional travel to events will be required.
