Position Overview: The physician will play a key role in establishing and growing a new outpatient OB/GYN practice, providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while helping shape clinical workflows, enhance the patient experience, and influence the long-term direction of the practice. Current opportunities are available at our new practices in Wesley Chapel and St. Petersburg, Florida.

The office supports routine gynecologic procedures, preventive care, obstetrical management, on-site ultrasound services, and comprehensive women's healthcare throughout the patient's lifecycle. As part of BayCare's integrated healthcare network, physicians benefit from seamless access to specialty services including Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, Breast Health, advanced imaging, and hospital-based resources when needed. Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Eligible for Florida medical licensure Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care Strong communication and collaborative practice skills Interest in helping establish and grow a new women's health practice Desire to build long-term patient relationships within the community
