CommuniCare Health Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as RN CNA Instructor for Morgantown Healthcare Center. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSMust possess a current license as a RN in the state where the center is located. Minimum of 2 years nursing experienceJOB RESPONSIBILITIESAs RN CNA Instructor, you will: Coordinate/conduct Nurse Aide training classes and testing and maintain all required documentation. Develop materials, manuals, and teaching aides and maintain resource library Coordinate State-mandated training hours for all CNA'sParticipate in QI meetings to ensure staff training in identified areas of weakness. Develop, implement, and maintain an effective orientation program. Conduct/coordinate skills testing.
