This role will support the delivery of a large-scale 1.5 GW hyperscale data center campus representing one of the most significant digital infrastructure developments in North America. The Senior Project Manager will act as a key leader across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and stakeholder management while partnering with owners, contractors, consultants, and trade partners to drive schedule, cost, quality, and operational readiness. This is an opportunity to play a highly visible role on a landmark mission critical campus with long-term growth potential and executive exposure.
Core Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of multiple data center projects across a hyperscale campus environment. Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risk, and quality from preconstruction through turnover. Coordinate design teams, contractors, commissioning partners, and client stakeholders. Drive project execution against critical milestone dates and campus expansion objectives. Provide leadership during design reviews, value engineering exercises, and constructability assessments. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to mitigate risk. Lead owner, contractor, and consultant meetings while ensuring accountability across all parties. Oversee vendor and equipment procurement activities supporting long-lead mission critical infrastructure. Support commissioning, testing, turnover, and operational readiness activities. Mentor project teams and contribute to best practices across large-scale mission critical programs.
Qualifications & Requirements: 10+ years of experience managing large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction projects. Demonstrated experience leading projects exceeding $250M in construction value. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams including design consultants, contractors, and owner stakeholders. Strong understanding of mission critical systems including electrical, mechanical, controls, and commissioning processes. Proven ability to lead fast-paced projects with aggressive schedules and multiple concurrent workstreams.
