About the role
WMS Supervisor📍Indianola, MSWhen the WMS is right, the entire distribution center runs better. This role sits at the intersection of warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and systems support. We’re looking for a WMS Supervisor who understands what happens on the floor—and knows how to use the systems behind it to keep product moving accurately and efficiently. Where You’ll Take Ownership Lead and support WMS and cycle count personnel Monitor WMS activity and troubleshoot system-related issues Protect inventory integrity by identifying and resolving process gaps Configure pick zones, replenishment strategies & location setups Support RF equipment, PCs, and other DC technology Partner with warehouse teams across receiving, shipping & order fulfillment Maintain safety, quality & productivity standards What Gets Our Attention✔️ 2+ years working in a WMS environment✔️ Strong understanding of cycle counting and inventory control✔️ Knowledge of warehouse processes from receiving through shipping✔️ Ability to investigate system issues and find practical solutions✔️ Familiarity with systems such as Red Prairie, Catalyst, Kronos or Vocollect is a plus✔️ Flexibility to support an evening shift and other shifts when needed Not Just an IT Role. Not Just an Inventory Role. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who understands how systems, inventory, and warehouse operations connect—and wants to take ownership of keeping all three aligned.
