What you will do as a Peeler Operator: Operate and assist with the day-to-day production of automotive foam products. Load and unload materials properly to keep machines running efficiently. Monitor production, scrap, and machine downtime and report issues to the supervisor. Inspect products for defects and communicate quality concerns. Work closely with the Servicer and team members to meet daily production goals. Handle foam carefully to prevent damage and reduce waste. Use a tape measure and understand basic measurements and increments. Help with inventory tasks when needed. Follow all safety and quality procedures while meeting department goals.
