JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Board: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM) Licenses: Active Virginia medical license required; DEA pending DEA / CDS: DEA required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in the Emergency Department. Work various shifts including 5p-3a and 7p-7a as needed. Manage trauma and acute care cases in a Level III trauma center. Collaborate with support staff and specialists in a 495-bed regional referral facility. Maintain cross-credentialing at multiple Valley Health sites (Winchester, Shenandoah Memorial, Warren Memorial, Page Memorial).
