Lead Tradesman/ Assistant SuperintendentSERVPRO Colorado Springs is an industry leading water, mold, and large loss fire restoration company. SERVPRO quickly responds to property damage emergencies ranging from multimillion-dollar disasters to those suffered by individual businesses and homes.We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded Lead Tradesman to support residential and light-commercial reconstruction projects. This is a hands-on field position that combines skilled trade work with jobsite leadership, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and project Rate: $28-32/Hr. Depending on experience PERKS: Weekly Pay Schedule, PTO & Sick Pay, Medical, Vison, Dental, Life Insurance, Working for the largest and best SERVPRO franchise!Qualifications:The ideal candidate is experienced across multiple construction trades, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and is ready to grow into a Superintendent role.At least five years of hands-on construction, remodeling, restoration, or reconstruction experience.Demonstrated proficiency in multiple construction trades.Previous experience leading crews, coordinating subcontractors, or serving as a lead carpenter or foreman.Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, plans, specifications, and basic construction documents.Strong understanding of construction sequencing and jobsite logistics.Ability to evaluate workmanship and hold others accountable to quality standards.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for photographs, email, scheduling, timekeeping, and field driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Reliable attendance and the ability to travel between local project sites.This individual must be comfortable completing work personally, directing small crews and trade partners, and helping the Project Manager keep projects safe, organized, on schedule, and aligned with the approved scope of work.The successful candidate will be expected to work with tools while also taking responsibility for day-to-day jobsite execution.Job Description:Perform high-quality repair, reconstruction, and finish work across multiple trades.Complete rough and finish carpentry, framing, drywall repair, texturing, painting, trim installation, cabinetry, doors, hardware, flooring, and punch-list work.Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and other specialty work only when legally permitted, properly qualified, and authorized by the company.Troubleshoot field conditions and develop practical repair solutions.Protect existing finishes, furnishings, and occupied areas throughout construction.Maintain company tools, equipment, vehicles, and assigned schedule and progress.Serve as a professional field representative when communicating with customers, property owners, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors.Provide the Project Manager with accurate daily updates on progress, staffing, materials, schedule concerns, and jobsite conditions.Maintain daily logs, progress photographs, receipts, material records, and other required project documentationSERVPRO is an equal opportunity employer.
