Working Responsibilities: In charge of the program's overall quality and delivering an unforgettable experience for travelers. Deliver all the information about the destination/program/schedule. Understand travelers' expectations (especially IC Members) and focus on their enjoyment of the trip. Reconfirms every service with Represent GCT to keep a cordial and formal relationship with our Listen to travelers' feedback, take notes, and communicate with the GCT Office.
What We Offer
Salary: $220 USD daily rate (with up to 20% increase after 3 years) based on performance Gratuity: $7- $10 /person/day (average group size: 35 )Incentive: Up to an additional 40% of your base salary upon achieving Excellence goals
