In this story we are looking for team members to create something tangible, learn a new skillset and solve problems while producing an extraordinary door! What will I do? Take ownership of an automated CNC machine that will cut materials Machine setup/load correct tooling, secure material onto machine bed Enter data into computer Machine start up and monitor the process with adjustments Quality checks using calipers, rulers and tape measure Solve problems by diagnosing issues on CNC machine Meet company-wide continuous improvement goals Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area ensuring with OSHA standards What’s in it for me?
