About the role
Production Supervisor Paper Works is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily mill operations and ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently met. In this role, you'll coordinate crews, manage shift performance, and help drive a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:
Lead daily production activities to meet operating targets Assign crews and review schedules, order requirements, and shift priorities Ensure shift performance meets KPI expectations (safety, quality, environmental, efficiency)Serve as a safety role model and reinforce safe work practices Monitor raw stock availability and board quality Maintain high standards of product quality and production efficiency Build a strong, motivated team environment
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/practical experience Minimum 2 years of paper mill operations experience (required)Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)A proactive, goal?driven mindset and willingness to learn
