About the role

Retail Store Manager We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the sale of Wireless Devices, Accessories, and Service Plans in a retail setting in partnership with Cricket Wireless to drive company revenue. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise / Join a team of retail sales workers
  • Adjust/adhere to a daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Resolve customer complaints/ issues
