About the role
Supporting a growing daily valuation services practice, the full-time Consultant, Daily Valuation & NAV Accounting will collaborate with institutional real estate clients and internal teams to manage NAV calculations, coordinate valuation updates, and analyze material events, all while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
Support daily valuation and NAV calculations by reviewing financial data and ensuring accurate reporting
Coordinate valuation updates with appraisers and stakeholders to track changes affecting NAV calculations
Analyze material events impacting valuations and incorporate relevant information into daily processes
Required qualifications
Experience in accounting, financial analysis, and commercial real estate
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and variance analysis
Familiarity with accounting or financial systems, with experience in platforms like Yardi or MRI preferred
Project management skills to handle multiple engagements and deadlines effectively
Ability to build relationships and communicate complex information clearly with diverse stakeholders
