Previous insurance experience is not required.About the RoleWe are looking for motivated professionals who are ready to build a new career in insurance sales. No insurance experience is required. Career changers and candidates with transferable sales or customer-service experience are encouraged to apply. This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals with backgrounds in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, real estate, mortgage services, recruiting, call centers, healthcare, fitness, education, or other client-facing industries. You will receive guidance through the insurance licensing process if you are not currently licensed. Once licensed, you will work with prospective clients who have requested information about insurance and financial protection products. Your role will be to understand each client’s needs, explain available coverage options, assist with applications, manage follow-up, and build long-term client relationships.
