CSL Vifor seeks an Associate Director, Site Engagement Lead to develop and execute a strategic, cross-functional engagement approach for assigned clinical programs and studies.
The role acts as the voice for clinical sites within CSL, translating site perspectives into actionable insights that improve feasibility, site selection, recruitment, retention, and overall site experience. Hybrid work with 3 onsite days weekly.
