About the role
Deloitte is seeking an Adobe Journey Optimizer architect to design and implement real-time, omnichannel customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels. You will lead integration with AEP, CJA, and RT-CDP, and drive personalization using AJO-D and Offer Decisioning.
The role requires 3+ years with AJO, 2+ years with AEP, and up to 50% travel. Strong collaboration and technical translation skills are essential.
