About the role
- 7+ years of EHS experience within manufacturing, industrial, chemical, automotive, or similar plant environments
- Demonstrated experience with environmental regulatory compliance in a manufacturing facility
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA General Industry requirementsExperience supporting Title V air compliance and emissions monitoring programs
- Working knowledge of hazardous waste management and RCRA requirementsExperience with environmental reporting, recordkeeping, and compliance documentation
- Ability to coordinate contractors, laboratories, inspections, and regulatory activities
- Direct experience with Title V air permitting and emissions compliance
- Experience managing hazardous waste and RCRA compliance programs
- Knowledge of stormwater compliance and SWPPP requirementsExperience supporting wastewater compliance programs
- Familiarity with refrigerant, CFC, and ODS compliance requirementsExperience conducting environmental sampling and monitoring activities
- Ability to manage compliance calendars, inspections, corrective actions, and reporting requirementsCSP, CHMM, ASP, OSHA 511, HAZWOPER, or comparable EHS/environmental credentials preferred
- Manage environmental compliance requirements, deadlines, inspections, reporting, and documentation
- Support Title V air compliance, emissions monitoring, fuel tracking, GHG calculations, and CAM requirements
- Maintain environmental compliance records, databases, and tracking spreadsheets
- Oversee hazardous waste storage areas, inspection programs, shipment documentation, and transporter records
- Coordinate stormwater inspections, sampling activities, laboratory testing, and records management
- Support wastewater compliance activities, flow monitoring, calibration, sampling, and reporting
- Maintain refrigerant tracking systems, equipment inventories, and leak inspection documentation
- Coordinate environmental compliance activities with operations, maintenance teams, laboratories, and contractors
- Identify compliance deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are implemented and documented
- Support OSHA General Industry compliance efforts and provide guidance to onsite safety personnel
- Prepare and maintain records for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews
