About the role
To drive sales and services for new and existing customers, the full-time Veterinary Inside Sales Representative will conduct outbound sales calls, develop customer relationships, and contribute to the improvement of the sales function, working remotely from anywhere in the Eastern or Central United States.
Key responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls to acquire new accounts, expand existing accounts, and retain current customers
Solicit competitive intelligence information from customers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned group of customer accounts
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
1-2 years of previous sales experience, preferably in inside sales/telesales or the veterinary/pharmaceutical industry
Prior experience working in a veterinary clinic or practice, or as a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) preferred
Strong selling and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
