About the role

Christ Fellowship is seeking a Groups & Care Director for the Royal Palm Beach campus. The role leads campus Groups & Care staff, group leaders, class facilitators, coaches, and volunteers to cultivate spiritual growth, prayer, care, leadership development, and multiplication. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, discernment, exhortation, teaching, and pastor/shepherd gifts and will shepherd a healthy culture within the ministry.
