This executive will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational delivery of facilities management and operations services across the Americas region. Key responsibilities include defining and executing the regional FM&O strategy, driving operational excellence in mission-critical data center environments, and serving as the primary executive point of accountability for client relationships, P&L performance, and service quality. The role demands a leader who can oversee a large, geographically distributed team, ensure adherence to SLAs and safety standards, and establish consistent operational processes across all sites. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in facilities management, data center operations, or critical infrastructure services, with a significant portion in a senior leadership role. They must possess a deep expertise in data center FM&O, including critical systems, and a strong executive presence to build trusted relationships with C-suite clients and internal stakeholders. Financial management skills are essential, as is the ability to lead a high-performing team and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for industry certifications and an advanced degree.
