About the role

We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Business Transformation Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional change initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level company strategy and day-to-day execution. You will work directly with senior leadership and multi-disciplinary teams to redesign business processes, integrate new technologies or AI tools, and guide the organization through structural change.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Partner with executive leadership to define transformation goals, roadmaps, and success metrics. Assess current business operations, identify performance gaps, and design efficient future-state workflows. Develop business cases, financial models, and ROI projections for new initiatives.
Project & Program Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs. Establish project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations. Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report program health and value realization to executive stakeholders.
Change Management & Stakeholder Alignment: Drive organizational change management (OCM) to ensure high adoption rates and minimal employee resistance. Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams to maintain alignment. Anticipate roadblocks, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and proactively mitigate risks.
Continuous Improvement: Transition completed initiatives into sustainable, steady-state operations. Capture lessons learned and establish best practices for future organizational changes.
Qualifications & Requirements: EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).Experience4 to 8+ years of relevant experience in business transformation, management consulting, corporate strategy, or senior project/program management. Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in a matrix organization. Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management and business case tracking.
