The role:
Benchmark International Tax Partners is looking for an International Tax Manager to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on international tax role working with multinational corporations, closely held businesses, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.
You’ll manage international tax compliance and consulting engagements, advise clients on complex cross-border matters, and turn technical tax issues into clear, practical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: As our International Tax Manager, you will:
- Manage international tax compliance and consulting engagements.
- Review international information reporting, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 1118, and 8992, as applicable.
- Research complex international and cross-border tax issues.
- Prepare technical memoranda, client deliverables, and recommendations.
- Provide proactive tax planning and advisory support.
- Manage client relationships, deadlines, workflow, and quality.
- Review individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns where required.
- Mentor and support Tax Associates.
- Support client onboarding and prospective client meetings.

- We’re looking for someone with:
- An active CPA, EA, or JD credential.5+ years of public accounting or tax advisory experience.
- Strong international tax compliance and consulting experience.
- Knowledge of international information reporting requirements.
- Experience researching complex cross-border tax matters.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Previous leadership, supervision, or mentoring experience.
- Excellent organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
